digiReAuth™ provides doctors practices with a prescription re-authorization center and refill digitalization system. The center intercepts calls from patients and pharmacist seeking a re-authorization of a prescription. digiReAuth™ goal is to be quick and cost-effective process that relieves the doctor’s practice of answering potentially thousands of phone calls per month related to prescriptions handling.

At an industry average cost of $5-$7 per call digiReAuth™ provides a significant beneficial financial impact on each of the clinics that have implemented these services. Through the use of an private labled application each call center rep is able to personally handle 100’s of re-authorization and refill calls per day. This the power behind the digiReAuth™ process which allows a cost effective services to small and large medical clinics alike. In next future releases of the company’s software, additional features will be added that will continue to bring the interactions between the patient, doctor and pharmacist much closer together.
